Todays 'fast track' session started a few minutes late due to flight delays,But in true form
that did'nt slow the Master down.. Straight to business with batton work for the Shodan ho's and chi gung for the black belts!
Once everyone was warmed up in came the 4" blocks,
10 in total! This was the start of Brendan Clare's 'Golden Bell Shiel' breaking!
Lying on his back with Sifu and Mark stacking 4 on his chest then Sibo breaking them with the sledge hammer..then 3 on his ribs

while lying on his side again broken with the sledge, then of course the other side and the same again!
A Fantastic day had by all and well done to Brendan..'Sha Soi' brother...

 Dave & Finton with Sifu

Today's 'fast track' session was another special one! With Dave O'Hara and Fintan Condit

performing some stunning aerial breaks and a powerful weapons display to Earn their Shodan

Ho grades! Also today saw some lovely breaking from Piotr(polish Peter) to earn his Brown belt!
Through out the day we had Sibo Fanning making the nessasary corrections to our Chi Gung and

Ying Yang Forms, And answering all of our questions related to everything we covered today!

A VERY informative day had by all!

A special Thanks from the Irish Breaking Team goes to the London Ming Ch'uan clubs and all

their students for their funds raised to support the team heading to the world championships next month.

Saturdays class was a very interesting one we covered lots of ground learning Lu-ha-ba-fa, some sword forms, Ba-kua stepping paterns and to finish off the day i was put through some breaking ready for our trip to the World Breaking Championships in Orlando Florida July 3rd /4th I was pleased to put my elbo through 15" of concrete without injury thanks to some great tuition from Sibo Sifu and Bren Thankyou to all especialy Ciaran for his help on the Lu-ha-ba-fa .
