Saturday Training 2nd May 2009

The day started of with the usual warm up followed by a good stretch off to loosen everyone up for 10 kicks off of each leg 280 kicks in all the standard of kicks had improved from last session as a good performance was put in by all, still room for more improvment in a few areas as we saw from the video at the end of the session but everyone is heading in the right direction well done. after the two hour session we all had lunch a freshen up and headed into Town to the pictures to see fast and furious, good time was had by all.
